Sweetie Pies of Galway combines the skills of Dublin sisters Maureen & Jenny. The business developed following a family party where Maureen had presented her usual feast of fabulous cakes.  The conversation quickly turned to how it was a shame you couldn't buy cakes of this quality in the shops! Jenny who had a background in sales was sure there was a gap in the market for such quality. Once the decsion had been made there was no stopping them.  Within weeks the first Sweetie Pie Product was on the shelves - a traditional mince pie!
